Winemaker Notes
Wine is a product of own Muscat vineyards. Well ripened grapes are harvested manually at a time when the sugar content is at least 24%.
The vineyards are located in the locality of Chukata, which is located between the villages of Damianitza and Leshnitsa in the region of Sandanski. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vessels with temperature control to preserve the aromatic intensity of the variety.
